MARTINI & ROSSI Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth is a dry vermouth that's named for its rich amber color. This dry white vermouth cocktail mixer is made with 100% Italian grapes primarily sourced from the local Piedmont region, including small parcels of Asti Moscato Bianco. Made with quality ingredients, this vermouth is made with three types of artemisia and unique botanicals including yellow cinchona, Chinese rhubarb and Roman chamomile.

Ingredients

  • Tonic water2oz
  • Ice
  • Caper berries or a lime slice to garnish

Method

Step 1
Pack a wine glass or balloon glass with ice.
Step 2
Pour in an equal ratio of MARTINI & ROSSI® Riserva Speciale Ambrato and tonic water.
Step 3
Stir gently for a few moments.
Step 4
Garnish with caper berries or a lime slice.
